This Privacy Policy explains how aSellingSecrets LLC handles personal information collected through our Procurement Partner and Wholesale Partner landing pages, application forms, and related communications. It applies to these pages and their shared thank-you page.

02 / Information collected

When you apply or contact us, you provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, country, selling experience, annual revenue range, inventory budget, product categories, selected service, and any details included in your communications. The fields vary by program. Required fields are marked on the form. Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to review an application without the required details.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the website. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information through these forms.

03 / How information is used

We use application and contact information to review your business and program suitability, respond to questions, contact you about your application, discuss a potential partnership, and maintain records of those conversations. Technical information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Information may also be used where necessary to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Submitting an application requests a response about that application. It is not a separate opt-in to unrelated promotional campaigns or automated marketing text messages.

04 / Providers and disclosures

The website uses Netlify for hosting and delivery. Application submissions are sent through FormSubmit to customercare@asellingsecrets.com and handled through our Microsoft 365 email service provided through GoDaddy. These providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. Authorized team members involved in application review and customer care may access your inquiry.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when necessary for legal obligations, protection of rights, or dispute resolution. We do not sell application contact details. If you accept advertising tracking, website-event information is shared with Meta for measurement and advertising; this can qualify as sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Select Reject advertising or use Privacy choices to opt out.

05 / Cookies, fonts and external links

With your permission, we load Meta Pixel (ID 1107082031899168) to measure page visits and completed applications, attribute advertising results, and support advertising audiences and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram. Meta may receive technical information including your IP address, browser information, page URL, and advertising cookie identifiers, and may associate events with your Meta account. Our Lead event includes the program name, not your form answers, name, email address, phone number, budget, or revenue. Automatic advanced matching is not configured in our code. See Meta’s Privacy Policy. We do not install Google Analytics. Advertising measurement does not confirm that an applicant became a paying customer. Third-party infrastructure and the FormSubmit service may use technical or security technologies under their own policies. Meta Pixel is blocked until you select Accept advertising. Rejecting advertising does not prevent applications. You can withdraw permission using the Privacy choices button on any page. We remember your choice in local storage for up to 180 days. We honor a detected Global Privacy Control signal by disabling Meta advertising tracking. Withdrawing permission stops future Pixel events and removes accessible first-party Meta cookies; it does not erase information already received by Meta. Browser settings can also control cookies. Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc may persist for approximately 90 days, subject to browser and provider behavior.

The landing pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests disclose technical information, including your IP address, to Google. See Google Fonts privacy information. Case-study and testimonial video files are served as website media rather than embedded social-platform players.

Links to magazines, LinkedIn, and other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. Consent is the basis for the optional Meta tracking where applicable. If we introduce additional tracking, we will update this notice and any required privacy choices before using it.

06 / Retention and security

Retention depends on whether an application remains active, whether a business relationship follows, the need to maintain correspondence and resolve disputes, and applicable legal recordkeeping requirements. Information should not be retained longer than needed for those purposes. You can contact us to request deletion or ask about the retention of your particular records.

The website uses HTTPS for transmission. No website, email service, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Avoid sending sensitive credentials in an application or ordinary email.

07 / International processing

aSellingSecrets LLC is based in the United States. Our team and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws can differ by location. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, an appropriate legal transfer mechanism is required; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.

08 / Your privacy choices and rights

Contact customercare@asellingsecrets.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to ask us to stop further application follow-up. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also have rights to receive a portable copy, restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, appeal a rights-request decision, or complain to a privacy regulator. These rights may be subject to exceptions, including required record retention.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the relevant bases may include steps requested before entering a contract; legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, administering applications, and protecting the website; legal obligations; and consent where required. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your local supervisory authority or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Applications receive human review; the website does not make solely automated eligibility decisions.

09 / Children and policy updates

These business services are intended for adults, not children under 18. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
